He holds a Master of Accounting from Schulich School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. When he’s not leading the firm, Mike plays guitar and performs in a country cover band with his wife at local bars, enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking and canoeing, and has even climbed to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro (and back down too).
Kayley is the Head of Accounting, supporting the team’s success while onboarding new clients and perfecting their books.
She holds a BCom (Co-op) from Memorial University, studied abroad at the University of Hertfordshire, and earned her CPA while working at PwC. Outside of work, Kayley enjoys adventures with her boys and expresses her creativity through cooking, painting, sewing, and woodworking.
Ashley is Head of People & Culture at Firm Five, leading hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. She ensures the team thrives by blending structure with care, creating a workplace where high standards and humanity go hand in hand.
With strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, Ashley keeps people operations running smoothly. She’s also known for fostering collaboration and trust across teams, making her the cultural engine of Firm Five.
Lauren is a Controller at Firm Five, helping clients gain financial clarity and strategic foresight through accurate reporting and detailed forecasting. With experience at EY and in the shipbuilding industry, she’s skilled at turning raw data into meaningful analysis.
A proud CPA with a B.Comm. (Honour’s) from Memorial University, Lauren balances her professional life with cooking, yoga, and family time, and she loves building financial models almost as much as expanding her library of favorite books.
Senior Accountant Krissha specializes in financial reporting, general ledger management, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
She holds a double degree in BS Management and BS Accountancy and is a licensed CPA in the Philippines. When she’s not streamlining financial processes, Krissha enjoys watching movies, exploring new destinations, and spending time as a proud fur mom to her two adorable pets.
Hanne is a Senior Accountant specializing in e-commerce accounting, with expertise in managing finances for Shopify and Amazon businesses. She supports clients by streamlining their accounting processes and ensuring financial accuracy at every stage.
She holds a BS in Accountancy and is a licensed CPA in the Philippines. In her free time, Hanne enjoys watching YouTube vlogs and admits she could happily spend a day doing nothing but catching up on sleep.
Brooke is our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable specialist who brings dependable financial support and seamless operations to Firm Five clients. She executes payroll with precision and is known for her clear, proactive communication.
She holds a double honors degree in BMOS and Economics from Western University. Outside the office, Brooke loves spending time at the cottage, catching up with friends and family, and unwinding through reading and travel.
Cherry is a Senior Accountant responsible for managing the full accounting cycle for her clients, ensuring that every financial detail is handled with accuracy and care. She is known for her dependable approach and commitment to maintaining clear, reliable records.

Angel is our Senior Accountant with a keen eye for accurate bookkeeping and ensuring all financial entries are properly recorded.
She assists clients with key management decisions by providing insights based on financial statements, especially during closings and cash flow projections, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Outside of work, Angel enjoys chess, traveling, and time with her cats—plus she loves cabbage so much her friends once surprised her with a cabbage cake!
Paul is the Cyber Security and IT Lead, protecting our digital infrastructure and managing technical operations.
He is completing a master’s in Computer Science with a focus on Cyber Security. Outside of work, Paul enjoys board games, video games, and outdoor adventures like hiking and skiing—his board game collection is bigger than his bookshelf.
