It’s easy for us. We’re not bookkeepers. We’re accountants that do bookkeeping. Modern business owners don’t have time to train bookkeepers and receive lacking answers to important questions. At Firm Five, we already get it. We understand how the debits and credits translate to bigger picture growth.
There is nothing worse than a bookkeeper that doesn’t spend time to learn how your company operates. If we don’t know how your business works, the numbers will mean nothing to us. We spend time upfront mapping everything out and communicating a game plan to get things on the right track.
We’re not marketers, we’re accountants, all of us. We didn’t start a firm to serve everyone. At Firm Five, our priority is providing high-touch financial back office support to small businesses looking to scale, and get over the hump to reach $50M and beyond.
Not to be too confident, but we’re really good at using the technology that’s available to us. Zapier, Quickbooks, BILL, Plooto, CIN7, you name it, we’ve come across it before and know how to work your existing stack to provide accurate and timely financial information.
Instead of partnering with Firm Five, you could hire somebody full time or part time. It will be more expensive. The candidate may not have experience with your business model. They may quit after you train them. None of that will happen at Firm Five. Our packages provide excellent value up to the $100M revenue mark. Many clients do both, hire somebody full time along with the Firm Five team.
We’ve partnered with tax professionals across the country to provide an all in one solution. The tax professionals we work closely with operate independently from Firm Five and you will be billed separately by them. They handle all the tax filings and advice, and Firm Five answers all their accounting related questions.
You are also welcome to use your own local accountant and we can work with them.
